Delivery of ordered products is carried out by the seller’s contracted delivery partners.

Shipping times

The estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

The seller delivers goods or services in accordance with the terms and conditions of Pošta Slovenije or other selected delivery services. At checkout, the customer may specify a delivery address, which is binding for the seller. Upon delivery, the customer is provided with additional information regarding the right of withdrawal, including the conditions and method of exercising this right. The seller also provides all necessary contact details for submitting complaints.

If the customer is not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the parcel may be collected in accordance with the delivery service’s terms and conditions. HJSHOP provides the selected delivery service with the customer’s contact details. The delivery service is responsible for communicating with the customer regarding delivery. The contracted delivery partner is displayed prior to order confirmation.

Orders placed on business days are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day or as soon as possible. For products with a specifically stated longer delivery time, the indicated delivery period applies.

Shipping costs

Customers are eligible for free shipping on orders with a total product value exceeding €50.

In the event of delivery delays or product unavailability, the customer will be notified in a timely manner and has the option to withdraw from the order.

 

Refunds

The consumer must return the goods to the seller in their original packaging, undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost, or reduced in quantity without fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the goods freely prior to withdrawal from the contract. Only inspection and testing to the extent necessary to establish the actual condition of the goods is permitted.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The consumer is also liable for any reduction in value if the goods are not returned in their original packaging and the company suffers a loss upon resale as a result.

If a discount, promotional code, or bonus was applied at the time of purchase, it shall be treated as a discount in the event of a return and shall not be refunded. Only the amount actually paid by the consumer will be refunded.

Refunds of payments made, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding additional costs incurred due to the selection of a more expensive delivery method), will be issued no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned goods. The company will refund the received payments using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer expressly agrees to a different payment method and does not incur any additional costs as a result.
